INSPECTION
 

SCP inspection is a very important aspect in ensuring your product quality. We present at the source, during production, prior to shipment and container sealed. Purchase order and assure the goods evaluated meets all specific requirements.

In general, inspection has the following stages :

¡ñ Pre-production Inspection (PPI)
¡ñ During Production Inspection (DPI or Dupro)
¡ñ Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI )
¡ñ Container Loading Supervision
 
PRE-PRODUCTION INSPECTION

A visual check on the quality of the components, materials and accessories at the beginning of the production against specifications and/or reference sample. The PPI thus permits timely corrections and improvements before the mass production is initiated; any non-conformity is immediately reported so as to avoid delay in shipment.

In general, we check the following aspects for PPI:
¡Ì Evaluate the production capability and equipments in the factory
¡Ì Check factory¡¯s quality control ability and executive status
¡Ì Check the accuracy of production facilities and equipments
¡Ì Audit production techniques and make sure the reasonable layout of factory QC person
¡Ì Check the quantity and quality of raw materials and main components that will be used in products, foreseeing any problems
to avoid them, verifying that product specifications are being met early.

DURING PRODUCTION INSPECTION

A visual check on the quality of components, materials, semi-finished and finished products when at least 20% - 30% of the order has been completed. SCP randomly inspects the production batch and those products in the line for possible defects. If any should occur, SCP identifies the deviation and provides advice on the corrective measures that are necessary to ensure a uniform batch quality and a quality product.

In general, we check the following aspects for DPI:
¡Ì Evaluate the production status during the manufacturing process
¡Ì Randomly inspect the finished samples on-site and compare them with product specifications.
¡Ì According to the evaluated status of finished and semi-finished samples, re-arrange the QC layout in the factory
¡Ì Evaluate the packing details and packing material
¡Ì Check the accuracy of production equipments and disposal methods for defective goods.
PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION

The pre-shipment inspections take place when the merchandise is 100% completed, packed, marked and ready for shipment. Our inspectors randomly draw some samples from finished goods, based on statistical random sampling technique, commonly known as ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, MILSTD-105E, BS6001, DIN40080, ISO2859 or NFX06-022, to verify that the finished shipping lots conform to the specifications.

In general, we check the following aspects for PSI:

¡Ì Style, color & material
¡Ì General appearance (Workmanship), color & material
¡Ì Function/Safety
¡Ì Size specification if needed
¡Ì Package details
¡Ì Shipping mark
LOADING SUPERVISION

Our inspectors reach factories, warehouse, loading place to check products¡¯ information, quantity, package when loading; supervise the whole loading process and finish loading under correct and clear working clauses and working process.

In general, we check the following aspects for Loading Supervision:

¡Ì Record the weather / arrival time of the container No. / truck No.
¡Ì Check the inner & outer condition to see if there is any damage / wet / hole / peculiar smell
¡Ì Check the quantity of goods loaded and record the condition of outer packing (master cartons / pallets )
¡Ì Randomly draw and open some cartons to verify that the goods meet with specification
¡Ì Supervise the whole loading process
¡Ì Seal the container with the custom's seal and SCP seal
¡Ì Record the seal No. and departure time of container
